Austin Auto

Austin Auto is a great place to take your car or truck. One of the guys from Mad Hatter Mufflers went on his own and operates his business the same way. They are great to work with and explain to you the problem your vehicle has. They only fix what you need and can save you money. I have been there three different times and always left with a smile and feeling satisfied with the work they do. It’s hard to find a business these days that actually cares about their customers. Austin Auto Mufflers does just that.

Took my Cadillac SRX to Austin Exhaust and they absolutely hooked it up. The guys there really know what they’re doing—super knowledgeable but also chill and easy to talk to. They got everything done way faster than I expected and worked with my schedule. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job. My cars are running insanely smooth now. Definitely coming back here anytime I need work done.

I seriously had the best experience with Austin Exhaust. I brought in both of my Cadillac SRXs and they took such good care of me. Everyone there is super knowledgeable, but also really down to earth—they explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They were quick, efficient, and really accommodating with my schedule, which I appreciated so much. And on top of that, just genuinely kind people. You can tell they care about their customers. Both of my vehicles are running incredibly smooth now—I’m honestly so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely found my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

First Picture: 8:44AM Second Picture: 9:07AM Third Picture: 9:22AM Highly recommend this shop. I called Austin’s this morning to schedule a time for them to look at my muffler as it was making loud noises this morning and on my way there it fell off. They answered immediately and were super professional. They helped me immediately and I was on the road in no time. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. After visiting three big-name shops that all quoted me between $1,000 and $2,000 for a full exhaust, I was losing hope. I came in at 11:00 AM and Ed took a look at my car. Within ten minutes, Ed correctly diagnosed that I only needed a new resonator. He quoted me $200 and had it welded on in just 20 minutes. My car is finally quiet again! Ed saved me over $1,000 by being honest instead of trying to upsell me. Highly recommend asking for him!
